About the team
We are seeking a creative and dedicated Social Media Campaign Specialist to strengthen our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative B2B and internal campaigns for the Mercedes-Benz Retail Platform and the Social Intranet that engage and inform our target audiences authorized Retailer and MB employees. You are an expert in social media trends and know how to use data-driven insights to maximize campaign success.These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Create engaging and compelling content (text, image, video) for the Mercedes-Benz Retail Platform and the Social Intranet, tailored to the respective target audience. This includes writing copy, creating captions, and developing visual concepts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics
Create regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign progress and results.
Identify trends and best practices in the social media space and apply them to optimize our strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies)
This is what we are looking for:
Completed degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in the development and management of campaigns.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with a particular focus on creative writing and copywriting.
Creativity, innovative spirit, and a strong sense of storytelling.
Analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic environment.
