About the team
The Logistic specialist is part of the Parts Logistic Services department in the CAC and reports directly to the Manager. You will be part of the team that supports the SoP+ system Rollout and will collaborate with colleagues at the GLC, taking responsibility for defined tasks/work packages. As part of the GSP/OD organization, he/she will act within an international project environment, aligning with a large variety of stakeholders within the Mercedes–Benz organization worldwide, including markets and involved third parties.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Support and/or steer work packages and or defined tasks within the project.
Support Senior Rollout Managers with f.e. milestone / performance tracking, Market calls and communication etc.
Align within the project organization to reach set goals / deadlines succesfully.
Manage changes in project scope or timelines timely, structured and in a consistent way.
Ensure constructive and well-prepared task tracking and follow-ups on actions.
Signal and initiate improvement and development opportunities
Support in System Testing / test automation and/or user story writing for testing purposes.
Actively participate in solution design process.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
Analyze and drive the business requirements of the customers.
Efficient and Effective planning of own activities.
This is what we are looking for:
Experience in IT systems for Logistic Processes, Supply Chain Management, Wholesale/Retail in Master Data, Business Intelligence
Experience to work in a Safe project structure is a plus
Experience in Agile project management (sw/tools & methodologies e.g. Azure DevOps, Kanban and the Scales Agile Framework) is a plus.
