These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Support the development and optimization of forecasting models, analyses, and reporting processes. Identify opportunities to automate forecasting activities, data preparation, and reporting workflows. Explore and develop AI-driven use cases that enhance forecasting quality, productivity, and decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for forecast improvements. Contribute to the creation of automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights. Partner with WFM analysts and business stakeholders to challenge existing forecasting approaches and recommend improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, standardizing methodologies, and reducing manual effort. Research and test new tools, technologies, and automation solutions that can increase efficiency across the forecasting cycle. Assist in translating business requirements into practical analytical and automation solutions.
How forecasting supports operational and strategic decision-making within a large organization. Practical application of statistics, predictive analytics, and forecasting methodologies. How AI and automation can be leveraged to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. Advanced data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development techniques. How to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities in a business environment. Stakeholder management and collaboration with business experts, analysts, and operational teams. How continuous improvement methodologies can be used to streamline processes and enhance performance. Professional communication and presentation skills in a data-driven environment.
This is what we are looking for:
Has a strong analytical mindset and enjoys working with data. Has an interest in forecasting, statistics, data science, or Workforce Management. Is curious about AI, automation, and process optimization. Is comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas to the team. Enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into actionable insights. Has strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus. Is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
