About the team
You will be embedded in one of our Agile teams and work closely with experienced Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will gain real experience in how digital products are shaped, prioritized, and delivered in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Support our Product Owners in their day-to-day work and actively contribute to the team
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, sprint reviews, planning)
Support backlog management and documentation (e.g., user stories, Jira updates)
Help refine features and translate business needs into clear requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback
Contribute to improving how we communicate product changes and new features internally
Explore ways to simplify processes and enhance product documentation (e.g., Confluence setup)
Support Product Owners during Agile Release Train (ART) events and cross-team collaboration
Investigate improvements in user feedback loops and value tracking after feature delivery
Participate in identifying and shaping AI use cases within the Agile Release Train (ART) to increase efficiency and create value across teams
What you will learn

This is what we are looking for:
Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Business IT, Data, or similar)
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Interested in Agile ways of working (Scrum/SAFe is a plus)
Comfortable communicating in English (our working language)
Analytical and structured, but also creative in thinking
A team player who enjoys working with different profiles (tech & business)

Internship compensation, € 800,- gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
