About the team
As an intern, you will be an active member of the After Sales Logistics team within the Retail Liaison Center at Mercedes-Benz CAC. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-priority business initiative by supporting crucial communication efforts with our worldwide retail partners. You will gain practical experience in developing and executing communication strategies, creating engaging content, and working with various stakeholders across the organization. This role will provide valuable insights into the world of after-sales logistics and communication within a global automotive company.The focus of this internship will be on supporting the communication strategy for a key business initiative. This includes gathering feedback from our retail partners through surveys, developing e-learning modules to enhance their knowledge, crafting presentations for senior management, and ensuring timely and relevant information is published to our retailer network. You will also play a vital role in liaising with different departments and stakeholders to ensure communication needs are met effectively.By the end of this internship, you will have developed a strong understanding of how communication drives business initiatives within a global organization. You will gain hands-on experience in various communication channels and tools, enhance your project management skills, and build a valuable network within Mercedes-Benz.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Retail Liaison Coordination: Support the team in gathering and maintaining of relevant Retail contact information to ensure data quality and facilitate project initiatives.
Survey Preparation: Develop and distribute surveys to worldwide retail partners to gather valuable feedback on the business initiative.
E-Learning Development: Assist in the creation of engaging and informative e-learning modules to educate retail partners on key aspects of the initiative.
Presentation Support: Support the creation of presentations, ensuring clear and concise communication of project updates and key findings.
Content Publishing: Prepare and publish content to our retailer network through various communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant information dissemination.
Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with different stakeholders across the organization to gather information, coordinate communication efforts, and ensure alignment on messaging.
Communication Support: Provide general support for all communication-related requirements of the After Sales Logistics team.
Data analysis: Analyse survey data and provide insights to the team.
Project Support: Assist with various project-related tasks as needed.
This is what we are looking for:
Educational background with a focus on Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.
Experience within a corporate environment a benefit
Creative communicator with a passion for written content creation.
Familiarity with survey tools and e-learning programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
Analytical skills and competency for understanding data

Internship compensation, € 800, - gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
