About the team
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Facility Management Intern (Bachelor level) to support the Facility & Operations team at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic international corporate environment.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in coordination of facility services (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security)
Support daily building operations
Contribute to health & safety initiatives (BHV/ERO)
Support ServiceNow requests handling
Assist in vendor management and follow-up
Participate in facility-related improvement projects
Support reporting and administrative tasks
This is what we are looking for:
Bachelor student in Facility Management or related field
Strong interest in facility operations and safety
Proactive and structured mindset
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Knowledge of MS Office
Team player with independent working ability
